Breakfast indulgence
from the region
At the Römerhof, we attach great importance to regional flavours and sustainability. Our breakfast buffet reflects just that - with fresh, local produce from the apple farm, dried sausage made from Zwergzebufleisch meat and sustainable treats such as the vegan ‘Morgensünde’ spread and drinking chocolate from Gottlieber. With us, you can start the day with a clear conscience and enjoy the best products from the region.
Öpfelfarm
Discover the regional delicacies of the apple farm: fresh apple cider, aromatic apple cider jelly, delicious dried apple cubes or elderberry syrup - perfect for sweetening tea or as a refreshment for colds.
Zwerg-Zebuhof, Bernhardzell
The dried sausage made from dwarf zebu meat from Ursi and Urs Gmür's Zwergzebuhof farm is a special delicacy that delights with its intense flavour and tender texture. The animals are kept in a species-appropriate manner and the meat is processed with great care.

Gottlieber specialities
With ‘Morgensünde’, Gottlieber Spezialitäten offers a vegan spread without palm oil and a high-quality drinking chocolate that are ideal for a delicious start to the day. Both products are based on natural ingredients and offer a sustainable alternative for conscious connoisseurs.

The Müller-Thurgau cheese dairy produces high-quality cheese specialities, including the popular Müller-Thurgau cheese and regional delicacies such as Hagenwiler Schlosskäse and Wiesenkäse. These cheeses are characterised by their artisanal production and the use of milk from the foothills of the Alps.
Linseed Oil from St. Gallen
With an extraordinarily high proportion of omega-3 fatty acids and secondary plant substances, linseed oil is an exceptionally healthy oil. Just half a teaspoon a day covers the daily requirement of omega-3 fatty acids. Delicious with muesli, in quark or yoghurt.
Eggs from Steinach
The Popp fruit and egg farm in Steinach supplies fresh, regional eggs that are produced with great care. The hens are kept in a species-appropriate manner, which is reflected in the quality and freshness of the eggs.
