1. General Information

Bergue-Hunziker GmbH, Freiheitsgasse 3, 9320 Arbon (hereinafter Restaurant - Hotel de charme Römerhof or Römerhof for short) is conducting a competition under the title mentioned in the posting in the predefined period of time. Participation in the competition is free (apart from the usual communication costs) and independent of the conclusion of a sales contract.

2. Participation

All natural persons over the age of 18 residing in Switzerland are eligible to participate. Römerhof employees and their families are excluded from participation. This competition will only be held on Facebook/Instagram. Participation in the competition takes place when a Facebook/Instagram user carries out the calls to action specified in the post on the Sprüngli Facebook/Instagram page. There is only one entry per Facebook/Instagram user.

3. Entry Deadline

The closing date for participation specified in the posting applies to the competition carried out. The posting for participation must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. local time in Arbon on the day the participation closes. The time specified for the participant's comment applies.

4. Prize Announcement, Determination and Notification of Winners

The profit is stated in the post. There is no entitlement to a cash payment, exchange, change or addition to the respective prize.

The winners will be determined at random.

The winners will be announced via reply comment in the posting of the competition. In this comment, the winner is asked to send his contact details (first name, last name, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address) to the Römerhof in a private message so that the prize can be awarded.

If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, the Römerhof can award the prize to another participant who has been selected in accordance with the provisions of these Conditions of Participation. If awarding the prize is no longer possible or makes sense, for example in the case of entry to events or occasions, the prize will be forfeited.

The Römerhof has the right that prizes in kind must be picked up at the Römerhof headquarters.

5. Use of data, data protection

The personal data of the participants is used in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG). By participating in this competition, the participant consents to the Römerhof storing their personal data. This information will only be used in connection with the competition and will not be used or passed on for any other purpose.

6. Other Provisions

The Römerhof assumes no liability for transmission errors, loss of data, particularly during data transmission, and other disruptions to performance as a result of technical defects.

The Römerhof reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition due to incorrect information, manipulation or the use of unauthorized aids.

No correspondence will be conducted about the competition, except with the winners. The legal process is excluded.

Swiss law applies exclusively to these conditions of participation and to the competition. The courts at the Römerhof headquarters are exclusively responsible for all disputes in connection with the competition and these conditions of participation.

The Römerhof reserves the right to change or discontinue the competition and these conditions of participation at any time without notifying the participants and/or to replace the prizes if this should be necessary due to unforeseeable external circumstances. The Römerhof is not liable for this.

The Römerhof runs the competitions in good faith and assumes no liability for damage of any kind or origin arising in connection with participation in this competition, including the allocation of prizes and the subsequent consumption, redemption or use of the prizes.
